from France ~ an elegant and balanced oak-aged Bordeaux as a lovely companion to french olives and Good Paccard triple creme wrapped in spruce bark, or a bright, elegant Comte, and - of course - good friends!

from Italy ~ a Barolo with a full body, intense, fruity and woody bouquet that becomes pleasantly ethereal paired with roast meats and either a tasty Taleggio or a complex Reggiano.

from Portugal ~ a beautiful tawny vintage Port as a cool weather comfort with a divine smoothness, at its best with an assertive blue cheese like Bayley Hazen or an intense 72% dark chocolate bar from Chequesett Chocolate.

Whites: Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Grigios, Sancerres, Chablis

from France ~ Sancerre is a sultry, fruity wine that pairs perfectly with our Rosemary Asiago

Rosé: Dry or Sweet

Traditionally from Provence, France, these freshly complex wines are wonderful with an assortment of fresh or dried fruits and a ripe, washed rind Epoisses cheese.
